Cynthia recently completed her Masters of Arts at the Institute for Resources, Environment and Sustainability. Her thesis, titled Beyond the Pipe: participation and alternative water provision in underserved areas of Accra, Ghana, can be accessed HERE.

Cynthia is now working with Dr. Leila Harris and Dr. Karen Bakker at the Program on Water Governance. She also recently presented a paper (with Megan Peloso) at the Water Alternative: Informal Space in the Urban Waterscape workshop at UNESCO-IHE. Cynthia will also be presenting a paper at the AAG annual meeting in Los Angeles in April. Last but not least, Cynthia is also very excited to be working on several others projects outside academia including a blog and a photo essay arising from the time she spent in Accra.
