Please join the EDGES team in congratulating Phil Torio for completing his comprehensive exams and for receiving the IDRC Doctoral Research Award’13 for his work on water privatization in Manilla. His research project in titled “Water Privatization in Metro Manila: Assessing the State of Equitable Access to Water“. The IDRC award will allow him to conduct his field work and spend extensive time in Manila over the coming year. Well done, Phil!
